Our food was swapped, guests who came later got the food before we did. We waited more than an hour. Paid for the drinks and left. Pure chaos and the staff is totally overwhelmed. Don't give a point sorry

This appetizingly prepared delicacy was almost cold. Instead, the garlic chips are warm and fatty. We had just forgotten 2 people. Unfortunately the photo of this "delicacy" has disappeared in nirvana. But it looked like a dog recently .....

The food was delicious, the service was friendly even if it was sometimes awkward (probably new strength). It's okay to come back ... Tip: Order french fries separately with the grill so that they stay crispy.

We are there for dinner today with a total of 4 people. In today's Corona situation, we were greeted in a very friendly manner and brought to the table. There was a possibility to disinfect your hands directly at the entrance. The service staff were "MEGA" attentive. Almost every wish was read from your lips. The food was consistently very tasty 😋 and also plentiful. Our friends ate the prawns and we the 340gr burger 🍔 and the Damascus pan. Clear opinion Very tasty and we will definitely be back wieder Finally, a big compliment to the Hayatt team. Eating out is fun

Nothing special. Food is in large quantities and relatively cheap, but also pretty tasteless. Only flatbread was good, all main courses (see picture) were not You can go there for a moment to quench your hunger, but I wouldn't really go out to eat with friends

I was here for the first time today under the new owner. Very busy restaurant. Reserve, I think even without Corona, more of a must. You can sit outside and inside very nicely. Sufficient parking space in front of the door. Payment can be made in cash and with an EC card. The prices are moderate and okay. The staff friendly, customer-oriented and quick. The toilets are neat and clean. The food was very tasty. 😋 The three dips with bread, which were served at the beginning (no extra charge), were particularly delicious. 👍 The only point of criticism: My food was not warm enough, the fries 🍟 would have needed a bit of salt and were a little too short in the deep fryer for my taste. Otherwise everything is fine. Definitely worth a visit. 🙂 I'll be back. 😃

Delicious Syrian Cuisine! We were very satisfied - fast and friendly service, cozy half-timbered house ambience with modern accents, the food was fresh and tasty - especially the meat (french fries not recommended). Very large location with lots of seats, in my opinion, too crowded under current circumstances.

The food was great, only the main course came right after the starter had been served, so we had to point out that we should only serve it after the starter, we then repeated the whole thing because it wanted to be served again shortly after the first attempt at serving (Starter not even half done). We would have liked to have had more drinks ... if someone had asked if we would like anything else. Unfortunately, the service staff only responded to calls. As I said, the food was really great, but you don't need that around a second time. What a shame ...

Very nice and courteous service. Food was very good too. Menu is not very big, but very good selection. Price performance is right. Gladly to recommend and gladly come again.

We were there on Saturday with 4 people. The restaurant was probably fully booked. The service was friendly, but overwhelmed. Sometimes you wandered around with drinks and no longer knew who had ordered them. We had to wait more than 1 hour for our food. But it was only served after several requests. At first only 3 meals came, the 4th meal came after another 15 minutes of waiting. Unfortunately the meat was also very dry. We had the grill plate twice, lamb chops and salad with chicken breast fillet. It's a shame as we had heard a lot of good things beforehand. We may come back in a few months, hoping the team will be more comfortable. So it was just wasted money.

Hello everybody, The reservation on the phone was great and we were welcomed very nicely! The premises and the outside area is also very nice! We were there with our daughter (3) and the children's corner is great! Unfortunately, the staff didn't see or hear where we sat, but we didn't sneak in! After 15 minutes, my husband called a waitress! Very friendly, but unfortunately there was a lack of attention! No cutlery, no bread with dip and no asking whether it tasted good! My burger was great! The spaghetti a la Hayatt, from my husband, was very dry and the prawns were cold! My daughter's spaghetti with tomato sauce were nice and warm but unfortunately totally bland and really didn't taste good! Even with seasoning it wasn't delicious, and she loves spaghetti with tomato sauce! We still know the Hayatt from Rheydterstrasse, we were and still are, big fans! I just hope that next time it will be better! We would have said something if we had been asked! The next time we come we will address it directly if what is! It would of course be nicer and more professional if the staff took on this task!

Is it tasty. I liked the flatbread with the dips best. This is apparently free for everyone until the main course is there. Price performance is a bit too high. Otherwise pretty friendly waitresses

Really very good, freshly prepared food with professional service. In corona times you feel in good hands here, as distances are maintained and extreme hygiene is taken into account. We were very satisfied.

Very tasty food, pleasant atmosphere and super nice staff. You go there for years and you can't get enough. I can only recommend it! 🤩

I had the falafel bowl with nearly had 4 falafel I'm a nice plastic bowl with a little sauce over it . They always give you a salad dish before the meal (before everymeal) with red beans,sweet corn, salad with a black dressing on top but a white dressing in the middle. I wasn't sure if it was vegan so I just ate the beans and corn one the sides(when I asked they also didn't know and said they'd ask but never came back with a answer. The staff was nice though, the main dish took about 10-15mins to arrive and was delicious! I had"gemüse pfane with" Reis and...(forgot what the chips where called) But those "chips" are truly amazing I wish I haven't had ordered the rice cause the almond and rice mix just wasn't mine. The chips where the most delicious and we also got "fladen brot" with dip(only the red dip was vegan) but I Evan ended up asking for a second cause it was served crispy and warm. Back to the chips... I dipped emm into that red dip that everyone gets at the beginning and the gemüse pfane was served hot in a actuall pfan. At first I thought it was quite little for the price but it was super filling and I ended up letting it get packing it. Cause that and the chips where again soooo filling! We got our candle lit and napkins where folded were asteticly pleaseing (as the entire restaurant). First I was sceptic if I should eat here but it turned out to be a good desigion.
